1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bonnacci mobile application (the “App”) and related services provided by Wellmo Services OPC Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Scope of Use

Bonnacci is provided solely for personal and lawful use.

You agree to use the App only:

  • In accordance with these Terms
  • For its intended functionality
  • In compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Any use of the App outside its intended purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and access credentials
  • All actions performed through your account or device

You must not misuse the App or use it in a way that could harm the Company, the App, or other users.

4. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Circumvent usage limits, safeguards, or technical restrictions
  • Interfere with the App’s operation, security, or infrastructure
  • Use the App to create, store, or transmit unlawful content
  • Use the App in a manner that violates third-party rights

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, logos, trademarks, and underlying technology; are owned by or licensed to the Company.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licenses except the limited right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App
  • Change the App’s functionality or technical requirements
  • Suspend or restrict access temporarily or permanently

We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with older devices or operating systems.

7. Service Accuracy and Limitations

The App uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • The App does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or reliability
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content

The App is intended as an assistive tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in misuse or abuse of the App
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the App, users, or legal obligations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, content, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from reliance on App outputs

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the App during the most recent billing period.

11. Third-Party Dependencies

The App may rely on third-party technologies, platforms, or services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Availability or performance of third-party services
  • Actions or omissions of external providers

Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
