  • Google Play Billing
  • Apple App Store Billing

We do not collect or store your credit card details. Payment information is handled directly by Google or Apple under their respective policies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide voice transcription and AI refinement

  • Manage subscription access and usage limits
  • Reset monthly usage credits

5. Data Retention

Free Plan Users

  • 20 minutes of transcription are provided per month
  • Notes are stored for one month
  • After one month, notes may be automatically deleted
  • Usage credits reset monthly

Paid Subscribers

  • Extended transcription time is provided monthly
  • Notes remain available while the subscription is active
  • If payment fails, a 15-day grace period is provided
  • If not renewed within the grace period:
    • Notes may be deleted.
    • The account reverts to the free plan.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

6. Administrative Access

We maintain an internal administrative dashboard that allows authorized personnel to:

  • View registered users
  • Monitor subscription status
  • Manage in-app content such as Privacy Policy and Terms
